Do you know that God is the master of the universe because he is the creator of the universe? (Genesis 1:1,Colossians 1:16).

The Secret of Peace of Mind:

The Bible explains that the Peace of Mind of every human being is found in God alone (Acts 17:28). Whether we choose to believe this truth or ignore it, the reality is that nothing we can achieve is independent of God. Everything we are or can do is because God allows it (Matthew 5:45)

Some Are Happy While We Are Not:

In our daily lives, we often encounter people who seem genuinely happy, including celebrities, family members, coworkers, and even strangers. They may appear to lead happier lives than we do, and some might not be living righteously yet still find joy, while we do not.

God Disciplines Those He Loves:

It’s essential to acknowledge that God does not permit those He loves to pursue their desires without consequences. As the Bible says, “God chastens whom He loves” (Hebrews 12:6). He disciplines us, which can include struggles with mental health. This is not just punishment; it serves as a wake-up call for Christians who have strayed from His love. In His wisdom, God uses these challenges to draw individuals back to Him.

Call to Action:

Therefore, to maintain good mental health, it’s essential to adhere to the principles found in the Word of God. Avoid relying solely on what the world teaches, as it can lead you to thoughts and behaviors that may negatively impact your mental well-being.

If you feel the need to see a therapist or require medication, that is completely acceptable; however, whether you are in that position or not, I encourage you to embrace the teachings of the Word of God. Doing so can help you find the joy, comfort, and happiness you are seeking.

Have a wonderful day!

I am a registered nurse, a wife, and a mother of two. I have worked for 18 years as an RN in both the medical and psychiatric nursing fields. After struggling with depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts for many years, I found healing when I decided to let go of the world and follow Jesus Christ. Since then, I have not experienced such debilitating illnesses again. This experience has ignited a deep passion in me to teach others facing mental health challenges that God can heal them. Even if you are seeing a licensed mental healthcare practitioner, you still need God to perfect your healing.
